Traditional implementation methodology

The Microsoft Sure Step methodology for implementing project management solutions is based on the traditional waterfall project basis, which defines a sequential implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics solutions with specialised workflows, process maps and implementation tools that ensure successful project implementation.

Iterative implementation approach

The SCRUM framework allows for a more dynamic project start, significantly greater customer involvement and faster delivery of value. This approach enables better management of changing project priorities, ensuring project transparency and receiving and performing solutions in small but verifiable increments.

ITIL

ITIL (the Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a set of documents that includes examples of IT management best practice for the sector and guidelines for the implemention processes and functions required to ensure the provision of high-quality IT services.
